Instruments available
Highland Bagpipes are my main instrument, however, I do also play the Scottish Small Pipes and Electronic bagpipes. I can combine these instruments for your event as required. Click on the pictures below to hear a sound bite of each instrument.
Highland Bagpipes
The instrument that Scotland is known for. I have played this instrument all across the world and have competed as a soloist and in a top grade Pipe Band.
Scottish Small Pipes
These are bellows pipes (not mouth blown) and have a quieter more mellow sound (this is a set in 'A'). They can be amplified if required. If playing the Small pipes it would be necessary to be wearing the No. 2. Day Dress uniform.
Electronic 'Redpipes'
These are electronic pipes (not mouth blown) and are amplified. I have two amps, a small one and a larger one for bigger halls. If playing the Redpipes it would be necessary to be wearing the No. 2. Day Dress uniform.
